This three-bedroom lakefront home is located 1/4 mile from Mallard Point deeper into the quiet waters of our protected cove.

The two-level home has a large deck off the ground floor great room, concrete patio at water’s edge, outdoor furniture and a Weber kettle charcoal grill.

The interior has paddle fans throughout, color TVs, cable, VCR, DVD, central heat/air conditioning, breakfast bar, refrigerator with ice maker, microwave, dishwasher, disposal, range with self-cleaning oven.

The two upstairs bedrooms each have a queen bed and share a bath. The master bedroom downstairs has a queen bed and a private bath attached. The great room/kitchen is also on the lower level and has a fireplace and hide-a-bed.

The amenities of the resort are included with this home. A covered dock with swim platform is available in front of your home for $12.00 per day. All amenities of the resort are also available.
