Nestled on the lakefront adjacent to Mallard Point, this beautiful two-level home has all the privacy you want along with the amenities of the resort.

There are color TVs, cable, VCR, DVD, Weber kettle charcoal grill, outdoor deck furniture, soft water and central heat/air conditioning.

The kitchen is equipped with dishwasher, disposal, range with self-cleaning oven, side-by-side refrigerator, automatic ice maker and microwave.

This 3 bedroom home has a master bedroom with a king size bed on the top floor and two bedrooms on the ground floor with a king bed in one and twin beds in the other. There is a fireplace in the upstairs living room and in the downstairs family room. The family room also has a queen hide-a-bed. There are two baths, each with tub and shower, one on each level.

This home has a single carport and a spacious deck on each level. A boat dock is available at the resort at $12.00 per day. All amenities of the resort are also available.
