Bruce and I found this on the point this morning! Apparently we had a check in that forgot to register! Happy Mother’s Day to all of the wonderful Mother’s!
It was a long winter! But spring has finally arrived, dogwoods are in bloom, beautiful leaves on the trees, flowers and sunshine! Bruce, Dave and Tom finally finished the new roof on #1 & #2 and as you can see it looks great! New siding, window, doors and beautiful new decks. We are ready for your visit, come see us! this morning we awakened to the most beautiful site, about an inch of snow on the ground, fog on the lake and eagles on the point, had to share it with you! Happy New Year.
This photo was taken Monday December 21st from the point of Mallard Point Resort, it was one of the most beautiful sunsets ever, don’t you agree? It was a beautiful, sunny day today, Bruce and the guys worked on the unit 1 & 2 deck – it’s all coming together, can’t wait for the finished product. We are making many improvements at Mallard Point this year and I intend on showing them all to you in the next few months however had to show you this sunset! Bruce and I want to wish you all a Merry Christmas and a happy, healthy New Year!
It’s 57 and sunny today, beautiful day at the Lake. We’ve had two beautiful bald eagles flying around the point all day, they have a favorite tree on the point – as soon as i can i will get a photo and post it, they are truely spectacular! Hope you all are ready for Christmas, only 6 days left to shop! We are ready and looking forward to all of our Family here. Bruce, Dave and Tom are making great progress on the deck of units #1 & #2 as you can see, it’s going to be a great addition to this building. As you can see the roof is on and the deck is half built, it looks great! When it’s finished #1 & #2 will be perfect units for viewing all the water activities! These two studios are the closest to the water with the bluff across the Lake. Winter is finally here! It’s 41 today with wind and possible snow – perfect December! Have a great week!
Trusses arriving this week and hopefully the roof will be on by the end of the month, new windows, siding and doors on next month and we’ll have two beautiful studio’s ready to rent in the spring. Lot’s going on at the Lake so check out the calendar and come see us! We still have 4 private homes on the water ready to rent anytime of the year. Have a great week.
